About Me

Hi there.

I am Solveig from Zurich. My body has had to put up with quite a lot in the last ten years and it was only after a very long time that I could feel fully comfortable in it. As a kid, I always admired my elder brother and sister and started a sports career just like them. I was talented, trained hard and participated in many international races as part of the Swiss Sprinting Canoeing Team and in Swiss Olympics and was crowned Swiss champion many times. I trained every day in all types of weathers, went to training camps on every school holidays and pretty much spent my whole adolescence in competitive sports. Needless to say, I was quite muscular, had wide cross and wide shoulders but I didn’t really like the way I looked.

The grueling schedule took its toll and by the time I turned 18, I had gotten so fed up with my lifestyle that I completely gave up training. I lost a lot of weight due to loss of muscles and became pretty skinny. My 180 cm tall body and slim figure shape then attracted me to modeling. When I started working for a Parisian model agency, I was as skinny and unhealthy as never before. I didn’t eat healthy and hardly worked out at all.

In the following years though, I worked hard and learned to listen to my body and give it what it required. I learnt to accept my body and started loving it. Today, I am proud and happy to say that I have arrived where I belong. My body, mind and heart work like a great team and they help me in achieving my goals and dreams.

Unfortunately, I see a lot of women who have not yet reached this point in their lives where they feel fully comfortable in their body. I think every woman should feel proud and amazing in her skin and I want to help them get there. I want to help them make long term changes so they can also feel proud, happy and confident about themselves.
